One cannot always speak your truth. Sometimes you need to speak the most suitable answer for that time. As there is no such thing as truth. There are possibilities, of several ways to solve what might be the truth for that moment, but it may change in time, while time still exist. As even time is only a “truth” that is based on a truth of time, of the times we live in.
A lot is based on measurement. We measure everything. As good or bad or true or false or nice or not nice. Then we get the other measurements, the distances of things from one another for instance. As without distance, there would probably not have existed space or anything for that matter or even matter. But distance is relative and based on a truth of time, of the times we live in and for that matter, everything else.
